Using the Boostigo platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by email or via a notification on the platform.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Account creation

To use Boostigo, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You agree to:

• Immediately notify Boostigo of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities carried out from your account

The use of Boostigo is reserved for professionals with a legally registered business establishment. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to subscribe to these Terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Pricing for the various plans (Essential, Pro, Business) is listed on our website. All prices are displayed excluding tax and will be subject to applicable VAT.

5.2 Free trial

A 14-day free trial is offered to explore all features. No credit card is required during this period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will start automatically unless you cancel.

5.3 Billing

Billing is monthly and automatic. You will receive an invoice by email at each billing cycle. Payments are made by credit card through our secure payment provider.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the period already billed.

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures
• Not encourage your customers to leave fake reviews
• Comply with the terms of use of third-party platforms (Google, Instagram, etc.)
• Not resell or transfer access to the platform without authorization
• Keep your account information up to date

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Boostigo platform (logos, trademarks, design, source code, content, etc.) are the exclusive property of Boostigo or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the platform (rewards, marketing campaigns, etc.). However, you grant Boostigo a license to use this content for the purpose of providing the services.

8. Data Protection

The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French legislation.

9. Liability and Warranties

9.1 Service availability

We strive to ensure platform availability 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee absolute availability and shall not be held responsible for temporary interruptions due to maintenance or technical reasons.

9.2 Limitation of liability

Boostigo shall not be held liable for:

10. Termination

Boostigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of:

• Non-compliance with these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the service
• Non-payment of amounts due
• Behavior detrimental to Boostigo or its users

In the event of termination, access to your account and data will be maintained for 30 days, allowing you to export your information.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Boostigo's registered office.
